2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when required and not to impersonate another person or organization.

You must not share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available through Flapflop, including posts, images, comments, game clips, screenshots, and other media (“User Content”).

By publishing User Content on Flapflop, you grant Flapflop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, provide, and improve the Platform.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Flapflop. The license ends when your User Content is deleted from the Platform, except where retention or continued use is reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit and must have the necessary rights and permissions to make that content available on Flapflop.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users.
• Upload, publish, or distribute illegal content.
• Upload or distribute content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Promote violence, dangerous wrongdoing, or other harmful activities.
• Upload malware, phishing material, or other malicious software.
• Promote or distribute cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized tools intended to interfere with games, Flapflop, or other users.
• Spam, scam, manipulate engagement, or otherwise abuse the Platform.
• Impersonate another person, creator, organization, or entity.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Interfere with the security, operation, or infrastructure of the Platform.
• Violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Circumvent restrictions or enforcement measures imposed by Flapflop.
• Use the Platform in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

5. Moderation and Reports

Flapflop may review reports and take reasonable moderation actions when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, maintain platform security, comply with legal obligations, or address serious abuse.

Depending on the circumstances, Flapflop may remove or restrict content, limit account functionality, suspend an account, or terminate an account.

We do not guarantee that every report will result in removal or other enforcement action.

Where appropriate, Flapflop may provide notice or an opportunity to address an issue. However, immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or prevention of serious abuse.

6. Reputation and Achievements

Flapflop may provide reputation points, achievements, badges, rankings, or similar platform features based on user activity and participation.

These systems may be modified, adjusted, suspended, or removed as Flapflop evolves.

Reputation, achievements, badges, or other rewards obtained through spam, abuse, artificial activity, manipulation, farming, or other violations of these Terms may be reduced, removed, or otherwise adjusted by Flapflop.

Flapflop does not guarantee that any particular reputation score, achievement, badge, ranking, or reward will remain available or unchanged.

7. Intellectual Property

Flapflop's name, branding, logos, original design elements, software, and other platform-owned materials are owned by Flapflop or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit Flapflop's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

Game titles, characters, artwork, trademarks, footage, and other intellectual property belonging to third-party game publishers or rights holders remain the property of their respective owners.

Flapflop does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it is displayed or shared through the Platform.

8. Copyright and Other Rights

If you believe User Content available on Flapflop infringes your copyright or other legal rights, you may submit a report through the reporting or contact channels provided on the Platform.

You should provide sufficient information for Flapflop to understand the alleged infringement and identify the relevant content.

Flapflop may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content where reasonably appropriate and may take further action consistent with applicable law.

Repeated or serious infringement may result in account restrictions or termination.

9. Platform Availability and Changes

Flapflop is provided on an evolving basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from delays.

Flapflop may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the Platform, including features and services, when reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational reasons.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Flapflop or request deletion of your account in accordance with the available account-deletion process.

Flapflop may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Platform, address serious abuse, comply with legal obligations, or prevent security risks.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action. However, immediate suspension or termination may occur when circumstances require it.

Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue to apply after termination.

11. Privacy

Your use of Flapflop is also subject to our separate Privacy Policy / Personal Data Protection Notice and Cookie Policy.

These documents explain how Flapflop collects, uses, stores, and otherwise processes personal data and uses cookies or similar technologies.

12. Third-Party Services

Flapflop may rely on third-party services for functions such as hosting, authentication, databases, storage, email delivery, security, analytics, or other infrastructure.

Your use of such services through Flapflop may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flapflop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Platform or User Content will always be accurate, complete, reliable, secure, or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Platform, or your User Content where you are legally responsible for such claims.

Nothing in this section limits rights or protections that cannot legally be limited.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, Flapflop may provide notice through the Platform or other reasonable means where appropriate.

Your continued use of Flapflop after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your country or place of residence.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of Flapflop shall be subject to the competent courts and authorities in Türkiye, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
